Hey,
Not a bad list mate. Few things I would change though is. Swap the skeleton and zombie unit sizes around. Zombies are raised so easily now.
Skeletons since can only be by your lord should have the bigger starting size.
What's your plan with the grave guard? Go 6 wide? If can find the points I would make a few more models and go 7 wide
I also reccomend one unit of skeletons go shield and hand weapon for slightly better tarpit-ing. Sure sometimes you roll zero 6s but the odd one you can sometimes save a unit from complete crumble

I was looking at 7 wide with the Grave Guard, with the Cairn Wraith attached for Ethereal challenges. Drawback is I'm only 3 ranks deep, but they're a hammer and they're big boys, they can handle it. grin

Considering the presence of the Mortis Engine, are Sword and Board Skeletons really necessary? I really prefer the Spears aesthetically, although I suppose the Regeneration (6) provided by the Engine's aura isn't the most reliable thing in the world...

No other critiques? I'm loathe to let this slip to page 2. :P

If I was pushed I would say your Zombie units too big and Skeletons too small, you're going to just happen across more Zombies by accident but only your Master Necromancer can increase your Skeletons. I'm not sure about Hexwraiths but they're a fast flanking unit so it would be good to find out how they get on.

your main problem will be a close combat orientated enemy. Your zombies can only hold so much... S3/T3 is pretty good. but doesnt kill that much. as wel as your skeletons. What im most afraid of however is the lack of CC orientated characters. Besides the tricksy wraith character there isnt that much to throw at an oponent.
I would opt to lose the 2 necro's and get wight kings instead. with the amount of bound spells you have in store and 6 spells, you can never cast them all... i think its too much. especially when you roll below 6 total on the winds of magic.
get a CC-wight king beast to protect your necro. and get another one in another unit, just for good measure. Your core choises are not going to be winning the battle for you.

hope this helped.
i really like your list

Looks good! I´d split the zombies into two units of 20 since they are so easy to raise. I´d also trade the second necro and wraith for a fighty vampire.

I´d drop the rod on the master necro. Many seem to fancy the cursed book these days.

You could be as radical as to go for a fighty ghoul king instead of the master necro. His regen will be boosted by the engine, as will magic. With three level 1´s you´ll be spamming IoN with no problems.
