Second line:
15 Ghouls (with Necromancer and Lord), 10 Skeleton (With Vampire)

Optional: Varghulf.

Deny flank, play tight as you can with GG in the lead with Skeleton 1-2" behind and with the coach 1" behind the skeletons again.

Anything with WS 5 or more need to be reduced so you get the optimal effect from your Helm of commandment with WS 10.

The only change I can come of is to have Suicide Vamp with Lore of Shadow, and my Lord with Dark Acolyte and Vampire lore instead.

So what do you think?

a couple of suggestions,

1- why have fencers blades on your lord? hes already WS7 this means when he passes it on to the grave guard they will hit everything except an elf or chaos lord on 3's, then with the banner thats 2's.

2 - not one of your characters has the ability to raise your units past their starting number. thats the only thing you should be doing first turn and maybe second.

3- your wight king with the ogre blade? whats he for? he will strike at I4 and str6 with three attacks, if he is for killing units, give him sword of strife, and if he for challenges, give him sword of kings, this with vanhels or lore of light (ASF or i10) is much better at killing.

From Lore of Shadow it is easy to have your enemies hit on 5's or 6's combined with Lore of Light.

I have the possibility to make two units hits on 5's in my phase. Anything with WS 5 is easy to remove one weaponskill with the shadow lore. If that does not work, then mabey reduce strenght as a second possibility. Or to give anything that fights WS 4 or less WS10 and I10. Or mabey -1 to hit.

My spells are defensive until i unleash Mindrazor. (This is the reason for the second Wight King - LD9) As for GraveGuards should handle most units on the field combined with the Coach.

I dont feel like I need to buff my GraveGuards as they hit on 3's and if I want to make more than 10 attacks, then I will make them 7 wide.

I agree with with the Ogre Blade, just want to get close as possible with the BSB in regular killingpower.

Remove the items from my second Wight king and add Vampiric power to raise my Ghouls / Skeletons larger for the first round. (I'm used to meet so many shooting armies that there is no dices for me to raise that many of them as they tend to shoot at my GG or other models that requires much more attention.

As you can see: I have made some small changes now.
