Lexicons of power.
You may spend 15 points of books per turn. Before the game start choose 3 master tomes, 6 basic tomes and any amount of expendable tomes from below. Expendable tomes may only be used once per game and may be used during the turn instead of at the beginning,
As long as you have the points

Basic tome 6
Expendable tomes 4

Lexicons of power:
Master Tome of unholy strength,
The unit gains Killing blow

Tome of daemons fire,
The unit gains flaming and magical attacks

Tome of the dreadknight,
The unit gains Terror

Expendable Tome of shielding,
The unit gains 5+ ward

Tome of rending strikes,
The unit gains armour piercing.

Tome of desecrated strength,
The unit gains +1 s

Tome of iron bones,
The unit gains +1 T but -1 I and M

Master Tome of unholy speed,
The unit gains always strikes first

Expendable tome of icy grasp,
The opponents unit gains the always strikes last rule


Tome of relentless speed,
The unit May make a free base movement
After you have moved, you may charge with
This movement but you cannot roll 2D6 for the charge
Range

Tome of dark flight,
The unit Gains the fly ability

Tome of dark hatred,
The unit gains hatred

Tome of iron hide,
Gives your unit a reroll on their armour save

tome of imperishable armour,
Gives your unit +1 to their armour save

Tome of restless speed,
Gives your unit +3 Initiative

Tome of soul blight,
-2 LD to all enemy unit within 3”

Expendable tome of Drakenhof,
Gives your unit Regeneration 5+

Tome of precision,
Gives your unit +1 WS

Tome of dragonhide,
Gives your unit an immunity to fire damage

Tome of siege defence,
Gives your unit a 4+ ward save vs. war machines

Tome of Thermopylae,
Gives your unit a 5+ ward vs. shooting

Expendable tome of dimensions,
Makes your unit ethereal, but they may not march,
shoot, charge or hit in close combat

Tome of denial,
Stops your enemy units from gaining the inspiring presence

Tome of loyalty,
Gives your unit a +2 Ld (to a max of 10)

Tome of the inevitable,
Causes enemy units to reroll passed Ld tests

Master Tome of the winds,
Once per spell you may reroll the casting dice (if you gain a irresistible force you may not reroll it) and gain +1 to cast

Expendable tome of diminishing magic,
You may negate one miscast but loose d3 power dice, this is only destroyed when it has been used

Tome of magical power,
You gain D3 power dice but you must also roll a d6 on a 1 he loses control of the winds and they go out of control, you instantly miscast with a result of dimensional cascade.

Tome of locusts,
Give your unit a shooting attack with a range of 12” and a strength of 1 multi shot x2

expendable Tome of mirroring,
Your ws, bs, s, t, and I are the same of the opponent in base contact.

Tome of mindless fury,
Gives your unit frenzy but -1 Ws

Tome of accuracy,
Gives your unit +2 BS

Tome of averages,
Your unit always hits on a four

Tome of insane speed,
You opponent only hits on a 6+ but automatically wounds at +1 str and your men auto hit but wound on sixes.

p.p.s i was not sure if you can put the points cost on him so i did thinking that it would be okay because of the fact i made it not GW
