Sometimes the backdrop of an army really adds to the whole flavour. Being able to wander your eyes lazily across the serried ranks of a well-painted force just isn't the same without some nice boo-err books. Erm, books with pages torn out, of artwork! Yes, books, but individual bits. Paper. Nice, rounded, revealing...

*sigh* Some WAAC tournament players these days, they'll do anything to distract their opponents.

Hey, there are a few female gamers. Although it is probably true that they are more female fantasy gamers then female 40k gamers. (I can only think of one female that plays 40k, while I know several that play fantasy.)

I play CSM. There's an Eldar army on that table. I probably would have accepted the inevitable loss before the battle began. Totally would be worth it though.

I would be royally screwed if I played someone like that. I would still play the game mind you, but I wouldn't have a clue what I would be doing

I say that CN adopts this as one of our official tactical strategies:

1. Find an attractive male and female (you need to cater to all parties) friend, relative or possibly hobo willing to stand around for food.
2. Get them dressed in revealing outfits (don't worry too much about style, this is a warhammer tourney after all).
3. Have them by your side when you setup, see which one gets most attention.
4. Keep said person by the table for the rest of the battle, ensuring that when critical points are reached, they need to bend over to pick up something they dropped etc.
5. Victory!!
