lovely miniatures

I concur with Count Oak..reaper is a great alternative to GW especially for Vampire & undead minis. I play Warlord (Dwarves) & have to say the minis are sweet. I plan on building a Vampire Warband for mordheim using reaper minis. Just wish reaper had a kaven like ratling line of minis.

RE: GW Alternatives
Indeed, Reaper produces many excellent models. Many of my character models are Reaper miniatures due to their superior price and detail, and I play Dungeons and Dragons very often with Reaper figures.

RE: GW Alternatives
I find reaper has the best models when it comes to sexy ladies showing copious amounts of flesh.

Disciple of Nagash, the perverted master,
The more you struggle, the more he goes faster.
Give him breast, and give him bust,
The more you give the more he thrusts.
And as you all shall soon see, there is nothing the we will not conceive
Whether dark or whether weird, its guaranteed to make you real
But in the end we all see, he is the forum master and perverted seed.

RE: GW Alternatives
I tend to go with gamezone or reaper, they both have a wealth of really good vampires and undead pieces, especially the zombie wolves.

You know, maybe if they had someone smart in charge of public relations and etc for games workshop, they would collaborate with these companies and make some ridiculously awesome minis.

RE: GW Alternatives
There's another thread devoted to them, but adding for reference: Mantic Games make a range of 25mm Undead at between a third and half the price of GW equivalents. Range currently expanding. One to watch.

"They groaned, they stirred, they all uprose,
Nor spake, nor moved their eyes,
It had been strange, e'en in a dream,
To see those dead men rise."
