Gauntlet is coming up.
6th of November here in the UK and I wanted to see who is coming to this tournament to bring glory to VC.

2000 points lists only, I'm still working on mine and my brother in all but blood is taking his WC.

Now I will be posting my list soon to get some opinions.
Who else thinks they may be coming?

Unfortunately, I have this "Atlantic ocean" problem, so I don't think I'll be attending.

Well duke raked in a very respectable 7th position in all the north east, as well as being the only Vampire Counts player there! (gifting him the title of best Vampire Counts General of course!)

As The above mentioned brother in all but blood, I took the WoC down... minus half the army I had planned (Damn leaving stuff in the cupboard to dry!) so I had to re-do my army at 2am (coach was set to pick us up at 5:30) so I did a lot of fast, poor modeling and painting to make up that extra 700 points.

Managed to win all three games and finish joint 4th, held back ONLY by painting score from winning/getting a trophy.

What can we say... 5 of the 7 fantasy players from Sunderland were in the top 10!

Next time this tourny rolls around I'll be going down again and advise that whoever reads this and is in jolly ol' england to do so to!

Hey, if I had not lost that one match against Ogres because of the Hellheart I would of been joint 1st.
Damn Hellheart.......

In fairness though the painting judging was a joke, people with terrible paint jobs would get better than great armies because they only glanced at them mid game, when people tell you your army looks allot better and you should of got more points and they did not deserve that many you know its bad, when more than 4 people tell you that its just twisted.....

Next time I'm going to crush them......
And do a fancy character or 2 and a unit filler to help pull points up in the army look.
Not really happy with my lords painting....
