Just got in my new general and BSB from Raging Heroes. Sans the Lord's left leg they got assembled last night, I'm starting painting this weekend hopefully and will try to do updates here.



The badass model on the left is the Asharah model and the lovely ladies with the galleon sail of a BSB are Eleriel & Alaniel. Both models are the heroic scale Anniversary Editions of the models. In the middle is the crawling spine of a Mantic zombie on a 20mm base for scale, as you can tell both models can fit pretty well on a 20mm base each.

Quick Review of the models:
Neither model had much in the way of flash, think I pulled 2 bits off with my fingernails. The Banner needed a tiny bit op seam trimming/sanding but not anything difficult or unexpected with a resin part. Asharah goes together like a dream, there's small notches and tabs on each part that are damned near perfect enough to be as good as pinning. The other girls... everything fits TOO perfectly. Tolerances for fitting the two of them together is about a 1/4th a mm in spots. Lets just say have some of that fancy new liquid green-stuff from GW ready.

I've seen these models before and they are very exciting.The banner is a bit on the large size but this is fantasy right? Things need to be exagerated!

Any ideas about what you're gonna do for a colour scheme?

Purple and gold for most of it, blood red gems on the girls and a silver shaft on the banner. Haven't decided on the sword colours, thinking silver and gold, maybe a green stone, with Testors Redlight enamel blood on the blade.

That is a very beautiful miniature I so look forward to seeing it done up. Both of them that is.

Another "Franken-Build" from my log line of such. This is going to be a hybrid piece for me, the original idea was to use them as a 2nd black coach but they grew into the theory of use as a corpse cart too.



Can't decide if I want the skeletal/zombie pups following behind their fallen mistress or leading the way up front with the wraith to guard her. I know I'm doing some fun basing for this model, as in a path of dead ground as she's literally sucking the life out of it to regenerate. I just havn't decided what order everyone will be in, might even replace one of the pups with skellies up front and the little pup under foot.

There's a reason I have VERY few obviouly male figures....

Most combat oriented, grotesque, blood thirsty Lahmain army you'll ever see.
