RE: [News] A return to Middle-earth

Looks like they finecasted a bunch of shit, and jacked the price on everything up to the same expense as WHF and 40k. I remember when I could get 24 guys for 28 dollars (USD), now it's about double the price. People used to start LOTR SBG because unlike fantasy and 40k you could play the games huge battles for under $100. As for the new monsters, they look cool I guess, but are way too expensive ($71 Zombie1 ) and monsters in SBG aren't even that good (Even Worse in WOTR) any real competitive player masses up a Horde of as many infantry as possible for sheer numbers and grabbing objectives. The only way to fix this would be if they are completely re-doing the rules, which would piss people off even more than the price increase because it was the one system written by GW that was not so outlandishly broken it needed to be re-done every few years. Sure, an update is wanted by many many people, but if they manage a complete re-do with it like they normally do with editions, I will be kind of sad. And this would also probably be a way to make battles larger as to get more of your money (There is a reason WotR flopped the way it did) And then we would get to spend $120 USD to get new army books AND a new rule book. . .
