Greetings to all!

When posting army lists, keep in mind that we'd like to give you the best advice possible. As a consequence, we need your vision on tactics and possible enemies with your army list.

So when posting an army list, please tell us about:
Type of List - i.e Border Patrol
Size - i.e 2000pts
Army List
Tactics (optional, but helpful for comments)
Possible enemies (optional, but helpful for comments)

Please also make sure you title your thread in a way to get the help you need, i.e:

2000pts Grave Guard Heavy List vs DE

For the Army List it is suggested you use the following format:

(Put into list format)

Unit name in bold followed by upgrades. So an example list would be:

Border Patrol Army

500pts

• Necromancer - Book of Arkhan
• 20 Zombies
• 20 Skeletons - LA, HW, Std, Musc, Warbanner
• 5 Dire Wolves
• 5 Dire Wolves
  

Tatics
Overall tactics include to use the Zombie Bunker to hide the Necromancer in, placing the unit behind the Skeletons. Then use the Dire Wolves as flankers. Ghouls can take a separate unit or attack with the big haul.

Enemies
Possible enemies include Dark Elves, Wood Elves and Mortal Chaos.

The idea behind this is that it is kept as compact as possible and easy to read without scrolling down pages, especially important in big lists. If it's easier to read, more people will do so.

Finally the most important rule:

Do not post point values or unit stat lines. This means individual model, unit, or item costs. They are the property of Games Workshop.

Please do NOT copy and post directly from Army Builder.

Please take the time to EDIT out all of the extra lines of "obvious" information, as well as any point costs, etc.

Formatting the text into a readable format will help improve the readability of your list and thus should increase the feedback that you receive.

Example:

This is simpler and MUCH easier to read:

Quote:10 Assault Marines (on foot) @ 230 pts
- 1 Flamer, 1 Meltagun
- Sergeant w/BP and PFist

Then this wall of text:

Quote:Troops: Assault Squad (10#, 230 pts)

There seems to have been some confusion lately as to what is allow and what is not allowed. So, I will post examples.

You CAN post a units total cost, like these:

Vampire Lord ML3, MotBA, FL, HoC, CoD, SoM, etc @ 455 pts

20 Skeletons, FC w/some magic standard @ 205 pts (just an example)

However, You CANNOT post:

Vampire Lord @ xxx pts
- ML3 @ xx pts
- MotBA @ xx pts
- FL @ xx pts
- HoC @ xx pts
- CoD @ xx pts
- etc, etc

Black Coach @ xxx pts

(replacing actual point cost where I have posted xxx)

Please note that lately the biggest issue has been people posting army lists containing the Varghulf or Black Coach along with their respective point costs.

Hopefully this clears up some confusion.
