This topic is for any questions you might have from changes on the forum. These questions will be answered to the best of my knowledge.

It can happen that a new update unveils erratic behaviour to you on CN. This can be browser related, cookie related, etc. If so, be sure to note it here too. If you have any clue as to what it could be related, please add that in your bug report.

Some guidelines to fast help:

- Formulate your questions/bug reports good enough that I understand what we're dealing with.
- If you're able, include an image that shows your problem. Or quote the part that caused your erratic behaviour on CN from this link [buct].
- At the top of your post, include Question and/or Bug Report, so I quickly know what we're dealing about. Preferably in that colour, or any colour will do.

I hope, by following this procedure, we can get to a fast solution. So post any questions/bug reports here.

My zombie army did grow relatively fast at first, but then it stopped yesterday. I've been posting several posts since then, but it's still at a lowly 3 . (There's no decimal number after the 3 either when I look). So is this a bug, or I've been posting in subforums that doesn't count?

Just thought I'd inform you .

Yes I noticed that too, but I thought I was seeing ghosts. I've tried giving no zombies in Off Topic, Announcements, Intro's and Mod forums. Somehow it bugged the whole system. I also changed the number of zombies you get per posting a character in your post (from 0.001 to 0.0001).

But no one gets much zombies at the moment, so no worries. I'll try reverting these two settings and see what happens.

Glad you mentioned that DS, I noticed that I was still stuck on a few lowly zombies, which seemed a tad wrong for the amount I post

Is it wrong to have a decimal point zombie? Meh. If I disable it, I disable the amount you get for posting etc too, which is decimal. Weird occurance... This shouldn't happen.

Right. It works now. The problem was that at the end of posting, the system adds up all the gained points and rounds it off up or above to a whole number.

Because I changed the 'amount' of zombies per character in a post (from 0.001 to 0.0001 ~ 1000 characters to 10.000 for a point), meant that it generally gets rounded off downward. You wouldn't get a zombie.

I didn't know this, but I have changed it back to 1000 characters per point.

Basically you get a zombie for a decent post. One liners give no zombie.

Precisely what was intended with the system.

I have a problem with the 'unread' posts feature. After I read/reply to all of the posts in a forum the 'unread posts' image is still there. When I go back into the forum there are no unread posts. When I get out the forum again and return to the main room, the unread posts symbol disappears.
Not a big thing but one that annoys my OCD.

I still don't like that the profile on the left of the posts is different for different people. IN fact after looking I think it depends what date and time is posted at the bottom, as the width adjusts to accommodate it.

Please can thus be fixed?

I'm kind of annoyed by it too, wondered if it's bug of some sorts. If you click on 'mark posts as read', will it do so too?

Look at the post 6 & 7 in this thread. You can see your profile is wider than Vekarins.

Aaaargh - god knows what I've done now. Peoples profiles now go across the top of the post instead of down the side......MV how do I fix this?

If its an individualised problem, you may want to try the usual remedies?
E.g
Restarting, force quit, use a different browser

I don't think it's anything to do with my browser. I was messing with my CP settings, and I think I must have changed something. Now I can't figure out how to change it back

He was a Mod but is now regular again. I believe he Modded a forum that is now non-existant.
