RE: lances

Yes he can. Only way that lance is different from other weapons is that charge bonus you mentioned.
Same way Vampires may use that beautiful 60points lance that autohits in every round of combat.

RE: lances

Yes Piotr is correct. Though it does not make sense fluff wise to use a lance every round or if you are charged, the rules mean you can use a magical lance and all its properties every round.

Disciple of Nagash, the perverted master,
The more you struggle, the more he goes faster.
Give him breast, and give him bust,
The more you give the more he thrusts.
And as you all shall soon see, there is nothing that he will not conceive
Whether dark or whether weird, its guaranteed to make you real
But in the end we all see, he is the forum master and perverted seed.

RE: lances

In fact, if you are armed with a magical lance you MUST use it every round... By having a magical lance you forced to use it regardless!

RE: lances

What about, for example, the Wight King's lance, which is not magical? He also does have a magic weapon in the Wight Blade, but if i remember correctly it counts as mundane (at least for sword n' board armor save purpose, that is).

How does the weapon selection works in that case? Does he have to keep the lance if he charges with it and vice versa? Or if he gets charged, what are the options?

Just tell me he gets both in both cases....

RE: lances

Wrong.

"Wight Blade: Any normal weapon carried by a Wight King has magical attacks (but all of the normal rules for that weapn still apply). The weapon also has the Killing Blow special rule. These Wight Blade rules are ignored if the Wight King has a magic weapon from the Artefacts of Death section."

Exactly. A Wight King, GG, or Black Knight could KB you with a papercut.

LOL.. I always get chuckles from silly rules like that. Grail Knights are the same... my knight Slaps you across the face with his Gauntlet. Yes it's magical grin
