Well, I think I'm going to pick up Hammerhal this summer, and it comes with one! :)

The final five, including the command group, are now finished! The bolt thrower is the last thing left...

I also knocked out the bolt thrower this morning. My small Lothern Sea Guard army is now finished.

Great as always. And I love this maw-thing! It would also suit ogres, don't you think?

I've seen this thread just now. Nice painting, your high elves are beautiful, and that maw thing is a really peculiar model.
It would be great in a diorama!

Reaper. They are the "Bones" ones, not metal.

Is that the bolt thrower from the sky chariot? Looks awesome! Like they could have it packed and moved in a matter of moments! Very elvishy! ;)

Thanks, all. The bolt thrower is from the skycutter. The giants are 28mm. They are quite big next to other models.

In less than a week I head back to the states for the summer, and I am looking forward to putting these guys to use on some terrain and trying out a few new game mats. :)

Great really! And very, very atmospheric, so to speak - makes a perfect scene for sea adventures!

    Thanks, all.

Over the summer, Photobucket decided to no longer host images for free. I've now switched to a new hosting site.

My current project is a set of Adventuring Kids and a pug dog from Reaper. I ran a D20 Grimm campaign a few years ago, and these guys reminded me of it. Here they are primed:

The little pug is already nearly finished:

If there's something I really didn't expect to exist then it is a pug mini ;) Nice work on it, looks really convincing :)
