You have have no hammers. All anvils with no fighty characters (wraiths don't count) will guarantee that your army will wither away under a sustained attack from most everything except peasants or skaven slaves.
Yeah keep the Blood knights if you like the flavor - I do! Drop the Master Necro, pgrade the Hero Vamp to a Lord, slap a dispel scroll on him, and you'll have him be your general with a unit of characters (Blood Knights) This list would be scary! :ghost:
I like that 2nd list. Just make sure that you're rolling a low number of dice (1 - 3 dice per casting) with that Lord. You can't afford to lose him or any Black Knights in the unit (even if you can raise them back up).

I find big knight units to be too unwieldy unless you're Bretonnia. That being said, I like the concept very much. By the way, what weapons to the Heros have?
