Just my Undead

So I've been painting for awhile now, but I always has a lot of projects on the go at once. Mostly because I commission paint, but also because I flip back and forth between what I'm most interested in.

In the log, I hope to show a growing collection of my undead.

From my humble beginnings some 30+ years ago, to when I picked up the hobby again, all the to the present.

To start, I've included a selection of recent tomb king models I've been working on.

Another impressive TK force in the last couple of weeks! The selection of colours here is beautiful, the jade effect really stands out and I also really like the bone on the dragon Look forward to seeing more, and if you wanted, I'm sure many of us would appreciate a tutorial on how you did the jade

Thank you very much! I'm so glad the Jade reads correctly l, sooo many versions out there and it was tricky keeping it from just looking like emerald. As for the bone, I really like to consider the decay and age, the damage and weathering, all the good stuff. Usually what stops me from completing the projects

Knight is very cool, especially the different contrasts you've put on with the blue on the vampire skin, the darker skin on the horse then the armour being quite vibrant in parts!

I also echo I'd love to see you paint some of Thanakhton_Emissary's sculpts

That bone is so damn realistic, if I had just seen a quick snapshot and someone had told me it was an actual skeleton I wouldn't have doubted it. Brill work

I'm not particularly good at tutorials, but I'll put something together on both of them using Thanaktons mini as an example

Some models from my Deathrattle Spearhead. They've been a good chance to try and balance between tabletop and a little extra where needed.
Though the barrow Knights are such nice sculpts im finding it hard to not go overboard
*Zombies are in place of Deathrattle Skeletons as I wanted something a little different*

Bloody 'ell, those are fantastic! A spooky force all around! Love the Wight King the most, that sword is ace!

Love all those shades of purple, especially on the Barrow Knight...and those candles are a great way to emphasize it!
