Legion of Blood rule question

Forgive me if this is an obvious question, I haven't been involved in the game in a long time. I understand that the Legion of Blood Gravelord faction got a buff that lets their vampire Lords pick between magic and martial bonuses. Where do I find this buff, is there an online errata of some kind or do I need to order the White Dward it was in? If so which WD was the update in?

The rules are free in the AoS app. You can also find all rules for the game on a website called wahapedia.

It was originally printed in white dwarf magazine. Track down issue 471 if you want a physical copy of the SBGL rules supplement. Legion of Blood buffs weren't the only additions, though the other changes weren't all that significant.
