AoS - 3rd Nighthaunt Antimagic List

[The Sun King]

So my experience with the new GHB so far has been against Seraphon, Soulblight and Tzeentch... and magic is strong. So I think our humble friends the Myrmourn Banshees could be a sleeper hit. In this list I have brought two units but to be honest I wouldn’t mind having three. With the massive points decrease for Craventhrone Guard I also see them as an inticing chaff option that can combo with Purple Sun for a bit of ranged output.

Deployment wise I am trying something a bit different from the usual Castle-Haunt and have opted for a setup where I have split my army into to two symmetrisk blocks of: Reapers (the main fighting force) backed up by Banshees and heroes.
Then the CrossBoos act as screens and skirmish units that can help with the new battle tactics.

Sounds good, but I'm puzzled... I've never considered Craventhrone guards to be any good. Are they effective when used as you suggest?

I have not played with them yet so it is too early for me to say if the idea works, but I think that with the points so low they will perform over their paygrade. I did see one list go 5-0 at a GT recently that ran a lot of Craventhrone Guards. So I guess there is at least some merit to them now.
