From Sception:

It might just be my laptop acting weird, but on desktop today using chrome i'm not seeing the bar beneath the new post/message text block that includes insert quote/attach files/post reply buttons. Without the post reply button, I can't make any posts from desktop. The problem persists in all themes, but not on mobile firefox, where the buttons appear normally. Not sure if its a desktop/mobile issue, or a browser issue, or just a problem with my computer.

Is anyone else having any problems like this?

Sception - can you post a screenshot (presumably in Firefox!) and I'll investigate

It's working fine for me on desktop Firefox 89, might just be an issue with the mobile Firefox version then?

The bar with the attach files / insert quote / post reply buttons still isn't showing for my desktop chrome 91, even with all extensions turned off. It is there on firefox on the same computer, and on mobile. It seems there's something wrong with how my chrome is set up, and I haven't been able to find the cause of the issue.

It happened also to me, but on mobile only and while using Edge (if I use chrome it's all OK)
The laptop has always been OK, with both of them
