AoS - 3rd Tomb Banshee Ally in Soulblight Gravelords

I just looked at the Tomb Banshee, and with her points so low (80 pts) and with the new Look Out Sir! rules I think she has genuine merit as an ally in SBG. The idea is that she can be a cheap support hero who can issue commands (to Zombies for instance as they don't have a unit champ) and sometimes shut down enemy commands. Just an idea, what do you think?
