This thread is for members to vote entries for the painting category of the Golden Bat 2025 Halloween special!

The WTF?! Award
If you don't know what WTF stands for, we're not telling you! There are some members out there that like to not only think outside the box, they like to step outside the realm of sanity, and design or paint in a way that makes you go....well WTF?! This prize is for those people. It is not based on skill but on the idea behind the entry.

The Nightmare Award
There are some models out there that just give us the heebie jeebies. The models that make us look away from our monitors and keeps us awake a night, this award is for them!

Living Doll Award
I know many of you like to go for realism over fantasy, and this award is especially for you. This is for the model that looks like it is about to stand up and start walking and talking!

The Joker Award
We like a good laugh! We all remember a funny model, the older ones of us will always remember the Zombie Bat-Pope. So for those that take the time to have some fun and make us laugh, this is a chance to be recognised.

For my Extra medal votes:
Nightmare Award = 1. The Vampire Lord. Some really fantastic texture variety here, I kept zooming in to find new goodies!

Living Doll: 17. Cado Ezechiar.
The use of earthy brown tones alongside the plaid flesh really pulls me into the belief of this sculpt.

WTF: The undead Manticore (conversions). What a beast of a model, with some serious love. As a fan of the old dieter helschnit model, I can't wait to see how this pans out!

WTF goes to Monsieur Fronkenstein. This renaissance- flavored mecha arm with ropes as tendons.. Had a major laugh when I saw it
