Nice work, though I would drop the armor on the vampire thrall, you can’t actually cast spells in armor this edition. Meaning that the options for armor and wizard levels are mutually exclusive.

I'm currently trying to make rules for Vlad and Isabella von Carstein. With Vlad you can almost recreate him from the base vampire count by adding the blood drinker and the carstein ring together with appropriate vampire powers, but it's annoying that he can't cast in armor considering his model...
