Cheers gents, another quick question: are the snipers attacks magical? I'm worried about him sniping wraiths...

I don't have a wood elf book to hand, but they are hero characters (of the way watcher type), with the sniper rule and some type of special arrow.

Any advice on how to deal with a list that runs numerous sniping characters? I'd like for my vampire not to die on turn one... All the best Martin

Ah yes I agree LordTobiothon. Although it seems like another mistake/oversight on GW's part that they made that rule part of his items, rather than just giving him the rule (as they did for all of the magical Mortarchs). Thanks Martin

On a related note, a question which has possibly been answered already, but it's just occurred to me: Has Khaine magic rendered the 9 books useless? Given that Nagash now knows all the spells from all of his possible lores anyway? All the best Martin

The scenario was in WD200 and the battle report for it was in WD201. The chaos dwarfs won the battle but the black dwarf was killed when the anvil was dropped into the furnace. Don't have the issue but a quick search on Scribd found the issue. Below is a screen from the after-battle comments...
