Welcome! I also started with Vampire Counts, and started getting into Dark Elves, but then the world blew up... I sold off the elves, but the undead horde is still mine to control.

Well, this is a bittersweet time to rise from the dead... My account was suspended for a long time, due to reasons, I guess. Decided to try and log back in today, only to see this thread! A little late to join, but at least I get to enjoy all the pretty pictures soon.

No, I was thinking the same thing, Unas the slayer. Not much life (or undeath) in the competitions at the moment. I must admit I'm not really planning on expanding my vampire army further, as I'd rather work on game systems I actually play, so there isn't much incentive to keep participating in...

Huh, was unable to access the site due to "account being suspended" for days... Thought I had missed this, but suddenly was able to log on now! Anyway, no freehand, the noble Vampire Knight goes without for now. Edit: Imgur images didn't seem to show... tried something else.

I've got my vampire painted up. I think I might spend a little time trying to get some (simple) freehand heraldry on his horse. If it fails I can still paint over it and snap some pictures 😁

I've fallen behind on the videos, but still working through them at a steady pace. An enjoyable journey still, and kudos on putting in the work that you do, to let us enjoy an epic campaign!

I found a Blood Dragon, but he's missing the head... And he was glued a little wonky. And the paint is a little thick. He was part of a trade. Now soaking in a tub of acetone, will see what I can do with him.

I think I have a classic Blood Knight vampire in the depths of the bits box somewhere... If I can dig him out he should fit the bill perfectly! I always did Von Carsteins, but as I remember the Blood Knights had a reputation for suppressing their thirst through martial training and knightly...
