my GG usually get shot at the most before getting to CC, so I just keep them 7 wide, 5 deep with GW. horde is just risky sometimes. I've run skeletons in horde and they almost always get tied up with at least 2 opponents. I'm not sure that's a great scenario for your expensive GG.

Assuming you don't want to proxy models:
You might want to consider making the 25 zombie unit 2 units of 20 zombies (only 120 points) to manipulate the enemies movement to support your block of ghouls. This might mean dropping a necro, but more "bodies" (for lack of a better word) can really...
