Arden sits with her head in her hands, eyes clenched shut and hands clenched to the ice-bucket. She groans and rinses her mouth with water, spitting it into the bucket before resting there with a groan.

My virtual online cheeks burn with embarrassment every time someone uses Arden's full name and titles, but it does give me a sense of satisfaction at the same time.

Arden screamed after waking, dashing to the toilets from where the sound of vomiting could be heard. She opened the door, quivering and ghostly white and headed to the breakfast table where she sat, occasionally dry retching into an empty ice bucket.
