As I've been removing the Nexus from it's sprues and cleaning up the parts, it's clear that the statue will need to be painted in pieces. A shame, but the model otherwise is huge and amazing and it fills the Nexus shaped whole I had in my heart when I played my army without it.

I've always liked the Wight King death blow ability, and it's one of the reasons I was able to move over to OBR. Right now, Mir Kainan is my favorite, but I'm hoping they release a separate Aviarch Spymaster... Need to get out my Anvil and make one in the meantime.

My deceased father's birthday is coming up, ten months since his death, and it's hitting me pretty hard even though we had a dysfunctional relationship. So I'm taking the next week to relax and deal with the surfacing trauma. Can't wait for my back to stop feeling like a cranked vice.

Lumineth does have majority perspective, so OBR are relegated to "bad guy" episodes in the book.
