Personally I like to build units that I like the look of rather than those that are tactically Superior, as such I like units of just under 50 Zombies, units of 40-60 Skeletons, Ghouls I take in hordes of 30-50, Dire Wolves in units of 12-15. Then I like to have another 50 Skeletons and Zombies...
