Hey and welcome! If you're looking for advice on what is good, etc (or commonly thought of that way) I would check out the guide that Najo and Sun King wrote on Vamps on this forum. Its a great guide to VC and would be a good basis for you to start with and will give you some more ideas.

I think it might be better this way run on a lower level caster. The lore is too one dimensional for a level 4 I think without using Nagash or something to super power it. I can see it being useful to just pop out redirectors though.
