I tried to make a reasonably large army in order to give way for the Dragon. With three large targets, it's also quite fitting for my idea of the monster-army! It's got a unit of Zombies just for safety, incase I won't have the freedom of raising a tarpit against a scary unit which I for some reason haven't/don't want to/can't engage with my Count.
Lore of Heavens is for Portent of Far on the Count (with FSoR, this all but guarantees 10 wounds from the Count alone - that is, not including the Hand of Dust and ''Zombie'' Dragon, which will also benefit
), Comet of Cassandora against any bulked-up spots and then Forked Lightning for the amusing death of any Alter Nobles running around. May even blow 'em on Uranon's Thunderbolt when the situation calls for it, pretty versatile I'd say.
Then I pretty much picked the core choice I liked which is Ghouls, put some Dire Wolves in there and then got some Fell Bats.
