Hi. I have a question regarding Magic items and Vampiric Powers for my hero. Can I buy in total value of 100pts of VP & MI. For example red fury 50pts of Vampiric Power and Armour of Destiny 50pts of Magic items. In Army builder it shows as a error. It tells that I can use only 50pts

You are correct, you can take both 50 pts of power and 50 pts of Magic Items.
