Ha ha! Damn right too. He deserves it.
Also: Did he send you the assembled miniatures, or were they boxed? If they were unassembled, and he doesn't pay up, and you feel like having some fun, I'd suggest doing this...
First of all, take any of the miniatures that either he really wants or you don't mind destroying. Then, unassemble it. Then, prepare a vat of pink paint. Add to it PVA glue, honey, maple syrup, jam, etc. the works. Mix it until it's really thick and gloopy... then drop the individual pieces of what you want to destroy into the mixture. When they are suitably covered, remove them, and cook them in an oven so the mixture dries in massive globules all over it. Then, cover it in glossy varnish. Base it with a dried biscuit, and you're done!
It's basically like a recipe. Make sure you attach a note saying what the model is, because the small pile of parts will most likely be unintelligible. If you can, give it to him in an envelope (and chuck some more pink surprise in there for fun) and prepare a camera. Then run away.
