I would be concerned about the survivability of some of the characters (Lord and Vamp #2) and also worried about the starting size of your units. A toughness 4, two wound model is way too easy to kill before the blooddrinker has a chance to try to regain some wounds and 10 model units are too easy for a shooting army to destroy before you get a chance to plus them up. Even though I see a lot of army lists that start smallish units with the intent of healing them I would be hesistant (personally) to go below twenty models.

With the 10-15 model units if the opponent goes first and you don't have a stellar magic phase they aren't going to be large enough to hold up........

Not concerned about people popping up behind me. That's the roll of Vampire Counts, not other armies.
If fliers go over my troops and to the back of me, then I'll just raise some zombies in reaction.

The small blocks will be boosted. I'm a little confused why you would say your concerned with the size, with 81 starting models that beats out most other armies. Sure, they may take out a unit in the shooting phase, but I plan on screening my units behind terrain and other units first turn.

"Ballooning" is pretty much the way to go with VC armies now. I would have loved to include Black Knights in this list, but I wanted two Grave Guard units for rock hard slabs, 2 Vhargulfs (or Black Coach and Vhargulf), atleast one Corpse Cart, strong magic, and filling core choices...

Not really much you can do after that. I could have reduced the size of Graveguard, but there is no way to balloon them.

Seems like you have a lot of magic, why not take a necro and put him on the cart to protect it. This also increases the unit size of a unit.
Ballooning is the way to go!!
