Anyone got any suggestions for alternate dire wolves as i really don't like the new models.I'm considering buying a wolf riders box and using the wolves from there.

I use the goblin wolf riders myself.. the models don't look very undead, but you just have to give them an appropiate paint scheme and they are fine..

With a few skeletal tails added, and some holes ripped in the side to reveal ribs beneath, their ok, if uninspired (says a man who did it - me!)
they need a little work though. They aren't exactly zombie looking and they certainly look like they deserve better stats than your average dire wolf. where is 'gamezoneminatures' from, some of their stuff looks fantastic?!
