Background of my Infernal Pact

I don't play Vampire Counts but I do plan an infernal pact of them, so I have written some fluff and want to know what you think of it.

Omekomed the Mist
Omekomed was once a powerful Nechrach lord but fell at the hands of his treacherous apprentice Eodred. Omekomed could not easily be destroyed and through secret lore obtained in the southlands he allowed his spirit to live on in a weaker state. He now searches for a way to reawaken and is drawn to magical storms by a prophecy.

"When Vengencebound and cursed take side
their master will in chariot ride.
When ally bless in arcane storm,
the mist will once again take form."

So what questions does this give you? What would you like to know more about? Do you like it, dislike it or find it meh?

Great idea, the poem works really well. What do you normaly play? How did the pact come to be? What are you going to take for the pact?

I normally play orcs and goblins but I have a WoC army I just need to finish (everything bought, next step to be continued) and other projects filling the pipeline for the rest of the century.
In the pact I take 30skeleton warriors with icon of vengence, one black coach and an ethereal vampire lord. It can be found on the tactics part of this forum where I asked for advice in making a pact.
The prophecy requires allies to bless him during an arcane storm and for that he needs to have allies during a storm of magic, for this reason he turns up to offer his help to the most unlikely of allies.
