Get a character more. You win by characters... Possibly a Thrall with Lance, Strenght of steel, Heart Piercing? Chop Chop everything with an armour save;)

Seeing that your Vampires could punch so much damage I'd say split the BK unit to at least have 4 of them, so you can put a character in all.

I'd say take Vamps only though, which gives you the best chance to win in combat. :)

I can see you are using the variant list from the back of the book. Be warned that many apponents will not be cool with this. Not even sure if I would be to be honest, and I tend to be open-minded and let most things go. Basically you'll need to drop some things and take some of the 'traditional' core units, or risk upsetting opponents. It is slightly interesting to see a VC army so completely oblivious to the magic phase though! You will still prob need a scroll caddy if you are planning on taing this army, mind. I'm very much of the opinion that I'd rather have a nice-looking, semi-competitive army (i.e balanced) army that my opponents are happy with; than an uber-killy list of doom that's designed to win. The fun for me is in the playing and social aspect of the hobby rather than the winning. I'm not a power gamer and I'm proud of that. Just a thought...

PS not sure you should really be posting the army's point values in that format - your original post will prob need editing

Actually, it's not a power list at all. Your cavalry will pretty much go where your opponent wants it to, using sacrificial units and flee traps, while they whittle you down with magic/shooting. Unless you get the first turn, you're smoked. Armies like yours need support units, and a moderate magic defense.

I can see you are using the variant list from the back of the book.
Why do you think so?

You have four units of knights and a 200 point chariot?

First of all, be aware of the fact that most people will tell you to get bent when you ask if you can use the back of the book list.

Besides, that army really, really isn't good. five units in total simply ain't enough, even assuming that none of them get destroyed, you'll be killing skinks, warhounds, skaven slaves, direwolves ad nausium, never getting to catch any units worth more than (if you're lucky) 50 points, not a way to win.

I'd say, start over with the normal list, and include core units. Not only will it make sure your opponents does not tell you to get bent, but it will also make your army significantly stronger if you include support.

Agreed, against any dwarf and empire army for instance, you are toast, war machines and mages are going to have a fracking field day against you!

I know it would look really great with this BK extravaganza but in reality it will get mashed 99.999% of the time against a competent player, you need some core to give you balance and a chance!

@Kaz - 'get bent' - so funny, not heard that one in years!
