Firstly, apologies MV for highjacking your topic, but when I saw this mini, I just had to share it with others.
It's a Reaper mini, Crypt of the Vampiress. It usually comes along with a crypt, treasure chest, and candalabra (I have the mini myself waiting to be painted), but in this case, the person who painted it used a gravestone from another Reaper blister, and then made the candle out of green stuff and stuff called 'Woodland Scenics Water Effects'. They did this as they wanted to the source lighting to come from below, rather than above as would happen if they had used the tall candalabra. Though they have done two lots of source lighting. One lot from the candle, and then moonlight lighting from above to give more subdued, moody lighting.
It totally astonishes me the level that some people can paint at. Mindblowing. :| Anyways, I nominate this for mini of the week/month.
