How to make all of the Specialties work in the same game if everyone is a Space Wolf, and they all break into different Squads, you might ask? Easy!
-Make them all members of the Wolf Guard! A group known for being highly individualistic, and added for merit, rather than part of a ranking system.
-Set the game at Rank 4, which is what is needed to be a First Company Veteran. The Wolf Guard is the equivalent of the First Company Veteran in the Space Wolf organization, so it is high enough level to make sense being a member of the Wolf Guard, but not an "Endgame" style game.
-Either have one player be a Wolf Lord playing with the Wolf Guard, or have him be an NPC (or heck, you could even have him be dead, and the Wolf Guard enacting a quest of revenge or redemption or something) to have a credible reason for the players to be away from the rest of the Chapter.

I would GM this game, but I am a terrible GM. I seem to be an okay idea man, and mechanics guy, but the actual running of a game I seem to be rather rubbish. So, please let there be a Space-Viking loving GM out there! This could be a blast!
"The Sons of Fenris they are, hardened in the forge of their harsh world, eager for battle and honor. They are the grey warriors, ashen like the wolf, whose greatest joy is to hear the clamor of steel amidst the din of war."
