Empire and Vampires

I play both Empire and Vampire counts, I am modeling my Empire to look much darker and roughed up, example I took a hobby knife to all my Knights barded mounts to look like they have claw marks and such.

What Empire nation is closest to the Boarder that would be fighting and dieing to Vampires the most?

id like to paint both my VC and Empire in this color to get a feel that they have been fighting and killing and Resurrecting each others forces.

You are probably looking at Stirland. Technically, the elector prince (Albrecht Haupt-Andersson, the Hawk of Wurtbad, I believe) of Stirland claims lordship of Sylvania - home of the von Carstein vampires.

Yup, Stirland is a good choice, or ostermark

So I saw Stirland is green and yellow, which kills me... I really want to keep it close to the lore, I will look into Ostermark and hope for a better color palette. I hate to be picky but man...


EDIT: Saw Ostermark is Yellow and Purple. I like purple over green so this might be doable!
