Halloween in the Old World

Do you think there would be any chance for there being any autumn harvest celebrations such as Halloween in the Old World, I was wondering because I am thinking of incorperating something similar into one of my Vampires stories.

Bit late in replying but better late than never.
In the Old World they celebrate an autumn equinox (mittherbst) which is the start of the "storm season".
You also have Hexenstag and Geheimnistag. Hexenstag is either the first or last night of the new year and Geheimnistag is around our own August. These days are considered bad dates to be out because both moons are full in the sky and many cultists and other sorts of miscreants roam the countryside.
