Horde help vs bounty hunters

Hey dead people, happy late Halloween!

Thought I'd join since I've been having a blast playing death for AoS. However I am starting to get a little demoralized in my recent games. Deal is, my circle prefers to do 2v2 matches at 1k per player and bounty hunter has me scooping up my units even at the 20 count. The other 3 play IDK eels, orruks, and sylvaneth with either durthu or scythe kurnoths.

I'm not certain if I should give up on lots of battleline and make my list more hammer or maybe there's a fault in my play.

I've been trying to walk this army up the board screening the GG, or the GG using the gravesite to summon in (the latter being a horrible result everytime) was thinking about walking the GG up with the 10 man as a speed bump and the Vlord and Necro in the middle to buff them up. summoning the two 20 man units in as flankers. And funneling most of my reanimation into keeping the GG alive.

I have 10 blood knights that I was fairly happy with but they didn't seem to be as offensive as I'd like them to be. Durthu, ahkelian king, and megaboss I've never been able to take down so I can only assume my list isn't right.

I Love my skeletons, I'm in it for the Bone Zone. But I'm open to advice and willing to try a different list if anyone wants to suggest it

Hi Zombie Roster and welcome to these hallowed halls of undeath! Always great to have new vampiric brethren among our unliving ranks.

Some ideas:

• First off: You cannot choose the Universal Command Trait unfortunately, as Soulblight you are stuck with the options given to you by the dynasty. You can also only choose a universal artefact AFTER you have chosen the first from the dynasty list.
• You have chosen Vyrkos dynasty, but you only have 1 vampire, so you do not make the most of the dynasty bonusses. I would consider going for another dynasty, or go in a direction that supports Vyrkos (like taking Belladamma).
• The Emerald Lifeswarm is a waste of points in my opinion. Better use those points for more models.
• Given that you only play 1k - you do not need to have 3 battleline units, so I would recommend that you only have 2 and reinforce them. Then you can split up the Grave Guard into two units of 10.
• Speaking of Grave Guard I assume that you use Great Wight Blades? If not, you should.
• If you want to avoid Bounty Hunters consider going with Kastelai og Legion of Blood because you can then have battleline that is mounted (Blood Knights or Black Knights) which makes them non-Galletian Veterans.
• At 1k it is generally hard to get damage output as Soulblight, but if you could try Radukar the Beast - he is a hardhitting "cheap" hero.

Welcome aboard!

As usual, The Sun King is on point.
At 1000 pts you will struggle in fielding fully reinforced units, the thing you need to bypass the bounty hunters problem.
if you wanna go that route, use only 2 galletian battlelines at full size, certainly no less than 40 zombies.
Alternatively, use things as blood knights or black knights as battlelines (so bounty hunters becomes worthless), and use heroes as hitters (Radukar, VLoZD)

Unsure if your love of skeletons is the look of them on the table as opposed to their warscroll. I would encourage some simple head swaps at the very least for a vlozd or dare i say use your skeletons as zombies to field a skeleton army… ever check out Ossiarch Bonereapers?
