Hey everyone was wondering if someone can give me an overview of Kislev like its culture, cities etc as I am thinking of making my Vampire Lord from Kislev but am having trouble finding any information about Kislev.

Kislev is based on Russia the same way the Empire is based on the Holy Roman Empire.
Nobility
They are ruled by powerful Warrior-Sorcerer's who use a type of magic called Ice Magic which is not any of the winds used by the Empire.
They are ruled by different levels of nobility.
The leader of Kislev is called the Tzar, the current Tzarina (female version of Tzar) is Katarin the Ice Queen, a powerful Ice Sorceress.
The mid-ranked nobility are the boyarin. The Boyars are incharge of military concerns such as raising Militia and commanding forces.
The Lowest rank of nobility is Druzhina and they tend to be officers amongst Kislev's military. Sometimes a commoner might be raised to this rank for extrodinary deeds.
Military
Kislev armies tend to be realitively small and focused on Cavalry, from lancer's to mounted horsemen.
Geography
The land is a frozen waste to the north but grows less severe as you travel south. Due to the unforgiving landscape, there are only three cities, Erengrad, Praag, and the capital Kislev.
Culture
Gospodar and Ungol culture remains largely distinct and in part serves to makes Kislev almost two nations in one. Kislev is also delineated between north and south. In the south, the culture and society of the Gospodars predominate, while to the north, where the lands are more barren, the horse tribes hold sway.
