List preparation for the North Island Wargaming Convention here in New Zealand. We use using the SCGT rules, but with slightly smaller pool limits (deploy 80/120, instead of 100/150).
Warband (Deployed Force):
1 x Arkhan the Black (1) = 20
1 x Necromancer (1) = 4
1 x Wight King with Black Axe (1) = 3
1 x Wight King with Infernal Standard (1) = 3
6 x Skeletons (60) = 24
2 x Grave Guard (10) = 8
1 x Black Knights (5) = 5
1 x Legion of Death (Formation) = 3
Warband Total = 70
Summoning Pool:
2 x Morghast Archai (2) = 10
1 x Spirit Host (3) = 5
1 x Grave Guard (5) = 4
Summoning Total = 19
I reduced my deployed Warband by 10 pool choices, allowing me to summon up to 20.
Looking forward to the event. I have taken models I like, rather than any particular combo, though I've found infantry to be quite powerful.
If I have time before the event, I want to try to pick up a Mourngul to give the army a bit more hitting power - but this will depend on whether or not the SCGT guys come out with a pool choice value for it.
