Greetings and welcome! The English is not that bad. Honestly, it's about making other people understand you. And you did a great job so far. :D

I got some mixed feelings about your army. One of the Necromancers could swap his 2 Dispel Scrolls for 'Staff of Damnation' (40 pts), an arcane item that gives the bound spell 'Hellish Vigour'. Alternatively, you could choose the 'Rod of Flaming Death' (50 pts), which gives D3 flaming Strength 4 hits as a magic missile.

Though you could leave your Necromancer with the 2 Dispel Scrolls - it's only a suggestion.

The other characters look fine.

I'm worried about your Ghouls and Wight unit. Because your general is mounted, I'm guessing that you'll put him in a Black Knights unit. This means the fast elements of your army, Dire Wolves, Black Knights and the Banshee can march away from the Ghouls and Grave Guard. So keep that in mind.

Cheers and good luck!

Your post had been edited to remove points costs from individual units as this can get us in trouble. The list was moved to the right place too :-)

I like the list, though I would prefer to see the Cursed Book in the list somewhere.

Your English is not bad at all (and better by far than my Spanish), so do not worry.

I am also a fan of the Staff of Damnation, and would also recommend this over the extra 2 scrolls.

What you are missing are the cheaper anvil units (zombies and skeletons) that provide outnumbering and rank bonus'. Running with this list, you could do with summoning one or two of these. You could also do with having a bunker for your necromancers. I am assuming that they will go into the Grave Guard regiment (Weigt Guard), but may prove a liability when the unit gets into combat. I would also look to give one of the wight units the Banner of the Barrows (Wights hit on a 3+).

I would say drop one scroll from the necro without the book and give him the black periapt instead, this is an essential bit of kit in a VC list IMO.
Oh and welcome to Carpe!

The Peripiat is in there, it was lost in translation. The "Black Talisman" listed for the general is the Periapt (I had to read the description to catch that).

As for the others, I agree with the "anvil" statement. You have a lot of fast, heavy hitters, but you need some general, bulk infantry to lock the enemy down with.

If you are putting a Wight Lord into the Grave Guard, I would recommend making the most of it. The Banner of the Barrows will force your opponent to truely worry about fighting that unit. Add the Sword of Kings, and you get a champion that always hits on 3+ and has killing blow on 5+.

With 20 Grave Guard, and a Wight Lord though, you have a very expensive unit. Expect that unit to draw all of the enemy's attention...magic, cannons, etc.

Still, looks like a very solid list. I've little experience "fast" lists like that (I prefer my large infantry blocks), so you'll have to let us know how it works.

...and your English is fine, I understood everything you said!
