Good stuff! A very good looking army painted to a high standard.

I really like your spirit hosts, they are so full of character. The necromancer is very cool as well, I think I saw his WIP thread on another website.

May I ask which colours you used to paint the bases? I'm currently building a VC army myself and I'm very unsure about how to do my bases.

im really happy with the spirit host as the colours really stand out on the battlefield. i attempted to make a spirit host without using models from other armies like dead orcs and dwarfs. instead i used old undead models, a harpy(okay, shes DE, but looks spirit-like) and the LotR ringwraith.. also the flying dragon from the zacharias model is awesome for movement

the bases are made like this:

black -> drybrush dark flesh -> drybrush graveyard earth -> drybrush graveyard earth + skull white(only a little).. and then static grass

easy to make and looks really good with the shadow grey tomb stones

Very nice overall. I would be tempted to tone down the banshee's hair a little - I think that the black looks a little stark, but the overall effect on the ethereals is great, particularly against the earth.

I agree on the banshee just grey it a littel to tone it done - easy enough.

the spirit host is painted:

ice blue + scorpion green 50/50
ice blue + scorpion green + skull white - more and more

oh by the way.. the hair of the banshee is really highlighted with grey, but the light is too strong to tell.. ill make a better pic some time

What colours did you use for the skin-tones for the zombies and the vampire? They look great

the skin of the vampire is a mixture of white and shadow grey, making it whiter and whiter, to almost pure white in the end..

the zombies are scorched brown with catachan green dry brush and then some scorpion green touches

Tempting, except that I have 3 full regiments of the old Nightmare Legion and one of the current GG. I would struggle to field all these plus more in anything under around 6-7k+ games (which do not happen often).
