Legion of Nagash Rare unit idea

Sounds interesting, especially as it will mean that the Legion can have an original monster, the only negative thing would be that it is very Tomb King it its look especially has they already have thier thing with animating statues but still an idea to look into, have you any idea in regards to stats?

Fluff:
The sphynxs' are terrifying creatures with the body of a lion, the head of a man and wings of an eagle. They hail from ancient nekhara and are powerful creatures nagash has animated and brought back to nagashizaar.
 
One issue I have with this is that the Cult is not based in Nehekara atm. They are more focused on the Empire and other Northern human lands, and I'm fairly certain that a sphinx would be quite difficult to hide...
 
AS I belive the feel of the army is "secret", I don't think an animated Statue would be a good idea. I'd rather have a band of Cultist Assassins than a statue to be honest.
 
I am in agreement with TheAdmiral and Avaris on this one. Something about a Sphynx seems wrong. The nearest thing that we could have is a Stone Giant or something equally big as a guardian of Nagashizzar.
 
What about a chimera? Its a big gribbly beastie AND has nothing to do with tomb kings!

And it doesnt have to be a natural one, it could be an undead construct of the three creatures together...
