It's pretty much the witch hunters, crowds following a witch hunter or a group of people pretending to be witch hunters. I don't think there's any other established groups in the warhammer fluff who actively hunt vampires.
There are the raven knights and the knights of morr, however they fill a more defensive role and rarely go on the attack.
Mobs are also pretty unlikely to arise to fight a vampire in the warhammer world as they instil too much fear in sylvanians, and they have more or less gotten used to their vampiric overlords so they don't bother.
There's always questing knights looking for a challenge however, and a vampire provides a good opponent to prove yourself to the lady with.

Priests of Morr also, but they'll just help anyone who has a menial problem like "there's a zombie in my lawn."

There are also Black Guards with is a order of knights whose patron deity is Morr and they hunt vampires and all other undead creature.
There are also the order of vampire hunters that is listed in Knights Dark Masters.
Witch hunters are the ones sent out after the nasties and consider all others to be in their way, the vampire hunters hunt only vampires and are much better at it than witch hunters but they consider the Witch Hunters as being in their way not knowing how to deal with the threat in any other way but chasing it and trying to kill it.

The WHFRP also had background info on "independent" vampire hunters. Basically highly specialized mercs.
