Might I suggest going over the old Zombie pirate list for inspiration? I never used it myself but it may give some hints as to what you could do...

Well I have said to LoR that this project has to follow the same format for the other army list developments, so I assume the first thing since fluff already exists will be to draw up some kind of generic army list.
Oh, one note. All threads in this project should be prefixed with "ZP -". So for example:
ZP - Army List
This is to make it more clear when searching posts etc. On that note will amend this threads title as well.

I've got the old white dwarf with the army list for the zombie pirates I could post it up if its allowed and we could pick through it for a starting point.:idea:

It's not, regrettably... Since it is released in White Dwarf, it is something published by Games-Workshop that paying customers might enjoy. If it had been released as a PDF-download on their website, it would be a-okay, but alas it is not...

Probably the main thing we should take from the Zombie Pirates list is the special character (Luther Harkon isnt it?)
