I found this while perusing the FAQ:

Q: Does a unit that has a LD of ‘0’ or ‘-’ automatically fail Leadership tests? (p10)A: Yes.

So if we have Vlad (UL) and a vamp with AoDM, and a unit that is affect by D&D from Cursed book and again by a wizard that cast it, that would be -8 LD. If we also have something else like Beguile, or another aura (can't think of one off the bat) we could essentially fearmonger our enemies. Casket of Souls would be epic and TG/TB would have rape parties together.

Am I interpreting this correctly?

Yes. Getting all of that to go off would be tough. And fear is pretty weak even when it does work. But it would work.

Although we do have plenty of cavalry/flyers that cause terror, don't forget screamers can scream after they have charged (not sure about failed charge though) so charge them LD 0 units first, and if you don't catch them or they are immune to psychology etc then scream ;)

Actually. The stacking of D&D was before Khaine as long as the spell cam from a different source (FAQ). So Mannfred (VC), who is loremaster of Death could cast it on a unit, then a necromancer that knew the spell, then again from Cursed Book would all stack. I don't know if Khaine magic allows hex/augment spells to stack if from the same caster.

Eternally undying - yeah that's what I meant, don't need to scream anything with terror auto flee.
My thought was can a tgheist still scream if the charge fails? if not and you don't think you'll catch them might be better to get closer and scream

I don't see any reason why it couldn't scream after a failed charge. I have done it a few times and my opponents have never had an issue with it. Why do you ask that?

I think it mentions somewhere with a failed charge that the unit cannot shoot in the shooting phase. I could be wrong I just have this nagging feeling that the rules following a failed charge will stop the scream. I'm just not sure on the exact wording for the failed charge rule.

Normally you can't shoot after charging because it is basically considered a march. Screams could give less of a shit and aren't even a shooting attack in the first place.

Only time you can't scream is for stand and shoot. Otherwise scream at your hearts content.

Well, most units can't shoot if they successfully charge. So it doesn't really matter to the TG one way or the other. If anything, the TG would scream in agony/anger at failing a charge and they would still be affected, or scream as a battle cry if successful. It doesn't matter what circumstances the TG screams under, just that models gonna die.

Well in that case, get the unit down to LD0 and charge with Tgheist and if you catch them great and if you dont you do 8 to 18 wounds with the scream. Win win :)
