Imo the chariots are crap. Drop them, get zeds, another unit of horse archers and some archers to clear chaff. Personal opinion on chariots, but man they are underwhelming.

I'd suggest this build for your Lord on Z dragon: Lvl 1, LoV or Death, nightshroud, GW, ToP, OTS, Dread Knight, Beguile. Nightshroud takes care of the inevitable ogre blade. Great weapon lets you deal with lolbanner. Dreadknight gives you WS 9, and combined with Swarm of flies the enemy is...

Looks great imo. Zombies are so great it's almost broken. You could consider dropping one unit of 30 zeds and bring 5 dire wolves and a spirit host. I believe that's 85 points. Then 5 points for a banner for the other zeds. That'll give you 4 static CR for that unit of remaining zeds! No one...
