Just spitballing here since I'm not sure the scale is right, but could you use the legs of an action figure underneath the hiero to make him look like he's climbing up out of the sand? Something like marvel legends (6") or GI Joe (4")?

Yep, that vampire is badass on wheels. Well, on horse, I guess. I haven't used the GW purity seal, I heard too many negative reviews. I'm not sure what manufacturers people have found most reliable, but I've used Testors with success in the past. You've gotta watch the humidity level though...

Yeah man, don't leave all your basing until the end... Makes for a very boring painting session. And you'll want to do some sort of hardcoat or varnish on your figs if you haven't already to protect the paint. Nice worn all around. It's awesome that you've got your girlfriend involved too.

I echo the previous sentiments! Great unifying color scheme, some inspired conversions. I don't mean to alarm you, but someone seems to have shot a cannon straight through all the heads of your dire wolves. :) Nice work! And you probably modelled and painted the whole army in two weeks, right...

...or as I like to call it, "How The End Times Should Have Ended." Such colorful models are rarely seen in the undead world, but they work really well here. Can't wait to see more!

I pretty much loved all of the End Times, and I absolutely ADORED the fact that they made Nagash a level 5 wizard, which was perfectly logical and made sense storywise. Then they made BALTHASAR GELT ALSO level 5. WHAT?!? NO.
