I would suggest gettiing a second necromancer, as you won't be able to do much without good magic. Drop your coach and knights until bigger points, just get tons of zombies and wolfs and ghouls(skeletons if you wish, but I find them inferior to zombies plus the minis are a pain to assemble)...
